Data and purposes
We process the assigned address, incoming message content and metadata, plus normal server records such as IP address, time, URL, user agent and errors to deliver and secure the service, diagnose failures, prevent abuse and comply with law.
Inbox token and retention
An HttpOnly tmtoken cookie associates the browser with its address and uses SameSite=Lax and Secure on HTTPS. Messages and logs may remain for operational retention periods determined by the actual hosting and mail systems; no fixed period or recovery is promised.
Google, analytics and advertising
When enabled after required consent, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies or similar technologies to provide, personalize and measure ads based on this and previous visits, and GA4 may measure site use. Visitors can manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings and review broader opt-out choices at AboutAds.
Recipients
Hosting, mail, security, analytics and advertising providers receive only the categories needed for their roles. Data may also be disclosed when required by valid law. We do not promise anonymity.
Your choices
Reset the address, clear browser data, reject optional purposes through consent controls, or contact us about applicable access, deletion or objection rights. Do not receive financial, medical, identity or other sensitive information here.
