These Terms govern use of temp-mail24.com and its receive-only temporary email features (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What the Service provides
The Service assigns a temporary email address to the current browser and displays messages received for that address. No account or password is created. The Service is receive-only: it does not let users send email. Optional games, guides, links, and other site features may also be available.
Temporary addresses and messages are unsuitable for important or confidential use. Delivery, sender acceptance, exclusivity, confidentiality, storage duration, continued access, and recovery are not guaranteed. Anyone who knows an address, obtains the browser token, or otherwise gains access may be able to view messages. Never use the Service for banking, healthcare, government services, identity documents, valuable accounts, payment records, secrets, or an account you may need to recover.
Eligibility and authority
You may use the Service only if you can lawfully agree to these Terms. If you use it for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization. Children who cannot lawfully consent to online services in their jurisdiction may not use the Service without any consent required from a parent or guardian.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service for lawful, low-risk purposes, such as reducing unwanted mail, previewing content, or manually testing systems you own or are authorized to test. You are responsible for obeying applicable law and the rules of any third-party website.
You must not use or help others use the Service to:
- commit fraud, phishing, impersonation, harassment, stalking, extortion, or other unlawful conduct;
- send or facilitate spam, malware, harmful code, abusive content, or infringement;
- gain unauthorized access, intercept data not intended for you, test another person’s systems, or interfere with security;
- evade bans, sanctions, age restrictions, identity checks, payment obligations, or a third party’s access rules;
- create accounts, claims, votes, reviews, promotions, or transactions in deceptive or unauthorized bulk;
- scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, automate at abusive volume, or disrupt the Service or connected infrastructure; or
- collect, expose, or process personal or confidential information without lawful authority.
Address and message responsibility
You do not acquire ownership of an address or domain. An address may be recycled, blocked, changed, suspended, or become inaccessible without notice. You are responsible for checking the intended recipient before causing a third party to send a message and for avoiding disclosure of another person’s information.
Messages, attachments, and links are supplied by third parties and may be inaccurate, offensive, malicious, or unlawful. We sanitize displayed HTML as a security measure, but no filter is perfect. Do not download unexpected attachments, enter credentials after following a link, or assume a message is authentic.
Enforcement and legal requests
We may rate-limit, block, reset, withhold, remove, or restrict addresses, messages, domains, traffic, or access when reasonably necessary to secure the Service, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, protect others, or comply with valid legal obligations. We may preserve or disclose limited records where legally required. We are not obligated to monitor every inbox or message.
Third parties and intellectual property
Senders, destination websites, advertisers, analytics providers, and linked services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control them or guarantee that they will accept a temporary address.
The site design, software, text, graphics, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the public Service for its intended purpose. No permission is granted to copy the Service, misuse its marks, sell access, or create a misleading affiliation.
Voluntary contributions
Temp Mail 24 may offer an optional way to support the Service through Google Reader Revenue Manager. A contribution is voluntary. It is not a charitable donation, is not represented as tax-deductible, and does not purchase ownership, exclusivity, priority support, premium access, or any other benefit unless a specific benefit is expressly displayed before payment. The essential receive-only Service remains available without a contribution.
Before confirmation, the checkout shows the amount, currency, and whether the contribution is one-time or recurring. A recurring contribution renews at the displayed interval until cancelled. Payments are processed by Google, including Google Payments, under the Google terms and privacy notices presented at checkout. You can also review the Google Privacy Policy. Temp Mail 24 does not receive your full payment-card number.
You can cancel a recurring contribution using the controls provided by Google. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund a completed billing period. If those controls are unavailable or you need assistance, use the contact page.
You may request a refund through the contact page. Approved refunds are returned through Google to the original payment method where supported. Except for duplicate or erroneous charges and refunds required by non-waivable law, completed contributions are generally non-refundable.
Contributions support the operation and continued development of the Service but do not guarantee that any address, message, feature, or the Service itself will remain available for a particular period. Nothing in this section limits cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, network failures, sender delays, filtering, capacity limits, attacks, or provider changes may interrupt it. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature and may update these Terms. Material revisions apply from the effective date shown above; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of availability, delivery, security, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. You assume the risk of using a disposable inbox.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Temp Mail 24 and its operator, maintainers, and providers will not be liable for lost or delayed messages, loss of an address or account, disclosure of message content, third-party conduct, lost profits or data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Responsibility for misuse
You are responsible for losses and claims caused by your unlawful use, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. Where permitted by law, you agree to reimburse reasonable losses and costs resulting from such conduct. This does not reduce any non-waivable consumer protection.
General terms and contact
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and linked policies form the agreement concerning the Service, subject to mandatory law. Before filing a dispute, you may contact us so the issue can be reviewed; this does not limit any right to use a competent court or regulator.
Questions, copyright notices, security reports, and abuse reports can be submitted through the contact page. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or unnecessary private message contents.
